Information you give us
When you fill in a contact or project inquiry form, email us or call us, we receive the details you choose to share. Depending on the form, this can include:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name and website
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- The service you're interested in, your budget range and your project details
- Anything else you include in your message
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running securely and to diagnose problems.
When you send a form, we also store a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address (it can't be turned back into the address) so we can block repeated spam submissions.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use your information

Cookies
Our public website does not set cookies of its own. The admin area used by BrandSparc staff relies on essential login cookies, which don't apply to visitors.
The videos on our SaaS Explainer page are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies when you play a video, as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Services we use
We rely on trusted providers to run our website and business. They may process limited personal information on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Vercel: website hosting and server logs
- Neon: the database where the inquiries you send us are stored
- Resend: delivering inquiry notifications to our team and confirmation emails to you
- Hostinger: our email inbox, where we receive and reply to your messages
- Google Fonts and YouTube: fonts and embedded videos
- Cloudinary and Unsplash: image hosting
Some of these providers store data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you. If you become a client, we keep them for the length of our working relationship and any period the law requires afterwards, for example for tax records. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the UK and EU GDPR, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information

Security
Our website is served over HTTPS, access to personal information is limited to the people who need it, and our admin systems are protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Our site links to other websites, such as client products and press coverage. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
